How do you attend a funeral for a women who lived her life in color?
You ditch the black for a rainbow of prints that made her famous.
Lilly Pulitzer was celebrated by friends and family at a memorial service yesterday at Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach. Many who dressed in these colorful frocks did so as a tribute to this designer who passed away on Sunday, age 81.
While death of a loved one is a somber event, I am happy that those who attended her funeral knew that Lilly would have wanted the world after her to be just as bright.
